      HOW THE BALANCING WORKS

      Group positions

      Goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards are handled separately.

      Sort by rating

      Higher-rated players are distributed before lower-rated players.

      Zig-zag the squad

      Each positional group alternates between Red and Blue to reduce obvious mismatches.

      Check totals

      A final swap pass reduces the rating difference without ruining positional balance.

      Does SoccerHeros save these player names?

      No. This web tool runs locally in your browser and does not send the squad to a server.

      What rating should I use?

      Use the same scale for everyone. A simple 1–99 estimate works; consistency matters more than perfect numbers.

      Can I manage the full match?

      Yes. The SoccerHeros app adds availability, substitutes, live score and player stats, rankings and Player Career.
