Explore the New layout through Home, Matches, Club and Me. These actual 2.0.1 simulator screenshots use the Northgate test club. Version 2.0.1 is awaiting store approval; the version currently available in your store may look different.
Start by finding an existing club, creating your own, or entering the six-character code an admin shared with you.
Player + Admin
Open Home → Find a club.
Search clubs, choose Create a club, or tap Invite code.
When creating a club, enter its identity, location, tagline, and optional rules.
When joining by code, enter the six characters exactly as supplied.
What to expectApproved clubs appear in the club picker at the top of the app. A new club opens with you as its admin.
If joining failsCheck the code, connection, and whether the club still exists. Never publish a real club code publicly.
02 · HOME
Your football home
Home brings your active club, next match, latest result, alerts and club details into one place.
Player + Admin
Open Home in the bottom navigation.
Use the club picker at the top to choose your active club.
Open the next match's Quick View or the latest result.
Scroll to Your club → Players for the squad and player cards.
Player cardsTap a player to see club identity, position, rating, SH Score, attributes, and recorded match numbers. Cards can be shared as images or sent to Club Chat.
03 · MATCHES
Know what the next match needs
Matches holds upcoming fixtures, Quick View and the route into MatchDay, with shortcuts for season management and club challenges.
PlayerClub Admin
Open Matches.
Tap an upcoming match to open Quick View.
Before kickoff, respond In, Tentative, or Out when RSVP is available.
Review assigned squads and match status. The available actions change as the match progresses.
CapacityCapacity follows the match format. When a match is full, later confirmed responses may enter the waitlist.
If RSVP is missingThe club may not have the Match Day Flow update enabled, the fixture may be finished, or you may not be an approved member.
04 · SCHEDULING
Create internal or external fixtures
Admins schedule one match record that continues through availability, teams, live control, and the result.
Club Admin
From Matches, tap Schedule match.
Choose Internal Club Match or External Club Challenge.
Set date, venue, kickoff, duration, team size, and optional custom team identity.
For a challenge, select the opponent and send the proposal.
What to expectInternal matches appear in Matches. External proposals can be accepted, declined, or countered by the other club.
05 · TEAMMAKER
Build fair teams without the spreadsheet
Choose confirmed members, paste a WhatsApp list, add guests, or select manually—then generate position-aware Red and Blue sides.
Club Admin
Open the fixture's team-setup action from Matches.
Follow Players → Teams → Ready: select confirmed players, import names, or add guests before generating sides.
Review the generated teams and make any needed swaps before locking.
Use the available team identity, formation and sharing controls as needed.
Players can review the final assigned squads in Quick View → Squads, shown below.
GuestsSet a guest's position and attributes when possible so balancing has useful information.
06 · LIVE MATCH
The score is only the start
Use the prepared lineup to run the match, record the people behind each contribution, and save one verified result.
Club AdminPlayers submit requests
Finish team setup and confirm readiness before kickoff.
For a live match, open Matches → Enter stats.
Use the admin score and player-stat fields for goals, assists, defence and goalkeeper saves.
Review member submissions where available.
Check the final score and both teams before completing the match.
After full timeThe result updates match history, rankings, Career, News, and other eligible club records.
07 · PREDICTIONS
Call it before kickoff
Predict an internal match result, exact score, and selected goalscorers before entry closes.
Player
For an eligible upcoming internal match, open the prediction action in Quick View.
Choose Red win, Blue win, or draw and enter the score.
Add goalscorer picks when available.
Review the league and past picks in Club → More → Predictions, or your customized Predictions shortcut.
ScoringOne match can award up to 11 points. The club table uses each player's latest 15 predictions.
Challenge matchesClub-vs-club challenges do not allow predictions.
08 · RANKINGS
Different work gets different recognition
Switch leader views to compare SH Score, goals, assists, defence, goalkeeper saves, honours, and Prediction performance.
Player + Admin
Open Club → Rankings.
Choose the ranking scope and match-format filters.
Tap a podium category to open its full rankings.
Open a player for their record, or scroll to the team standings.
09 · PLAYER CAREER
Every verified match builds your story
Career follows the player across clubs with Career SH, form, club chapters, personal bests, milestones, teammates, rivals, and ranking chases.
Player
Open Me → Career.
Review the player identity, Career SH and recorded appearances.
Use Teammates, Rivals, Form and Club Chase for your club story.
Open Player Card for a shareable identity and match record.
New players begin with empty milestones; eligible completed matches build the story.
Across clubsUse club filters to understand one chapter or view the complete Career.
10 · PLAYER HEALTH
See the work behind the score
Attach the closest matching Apple Health or Health Connect workout and compare private football effort over time.
Eligible lineup player
Open Me → Fitness, or the watch-data action on an eligible completed match.
Follow the watch-workout help to connect Apple Health or Health Connect and scan near the match time.
Select the correct workout; nothing attaches automatically.
Review distance, work rate, duration, heart rate, speed, steps, calories and GPS details only when supplied.
Choose whether to share a limited safe recap. The screenshot below shows the introduction, not private health records.
PrivacyDetailed fitness data is private. Fitness access is optional and never blocks normal club, match, or Career features.
Missing route or metricSome watches provide summary data without GPS coordinates. SoccerHeros does not invent missing values. Fitness information is performance context, not medical advice.
11 · NEWS
The result becomes a club story
News turns completed matches into reports, defining performances, highlights, and shareable match-star cards.
Player + Admin
Open Club → More → News, or your customized News shortcut.
Choose a completed match report.
Review the result, available match figures and recorded leaders.
Use the report or match-star sharing action when available.
12 · INSIDE A CLUB
One club across four simple tabs
Choose your club once, then move between Home, Matches, Club and Me without switching into a separate Classic dashboard.
Player + Admin
Use the top club picker to set your active club.
Open Home for club details, Players, Club rules and Club videos.
Use Matches for scheduling and match operations, and Club for rankings and club activity.
Admins see additional member and club-management actions on Home.
13 · CLUB
Keep your club's essentials close
The Club tab brings chat, rankings, seasons, results, predictions and news together, with customizable shortcuts.
Player + Admin
Open Club from the bottom navigation.
Choose a shortcut such as Chat, Rankings or Seasons.
Open More for the remaining club tools.
Use Customize Club tabs to choose the three shortcuts shown before More.
14 · SEASONS
Plan first. Then build the league.
The season builder brings the schedule, teams and review into one flow. Planning does not create fixtures until you finish the creation steps.
Members viewAdmins manage
As an admin, open Matches → Manage seasons → Plan Season.
Set the name, number of teams, meetings per pair and weekly match frequency.
Continue through Teams and Review before creating the season.
Members can follow available seasons from the Club tab's Seasons shortcut or More menu.
15 · THEMES + HELP
Make the app comfortable and stay connected
SoccerHeros supports full light and dark themes, club alerts, deep links back to relevant actions, and direct store update prompts.
Player + Admin
Tap the New appearance button in the app header and choose Light or Dark.
Keep the New layout selected to follow this guide.
Use Home's club-alert and notification settings for relevant updates.
When an update prompt appears, use it to open the exact App Store or Play Store listing.
